The Human Resources Department of County Clare Vocational Education Committee provides a comprehensive service to support our centres and staff.

Human Resources provides leadership by promoting the core values of respect, dignity, integrity, responsibility, trust and inclusivity in our people practices.

Working with staff, we ensure supportive, innovative human resource knowledge and services that sustain the shared values and the excellence for which County Clare VEC strives.

Our aim is to have best practice HR structures, policies and procedures which underpin the establishment and operation of Clare VEC as a leading public sector organisation.
